Hey guys,
My wife and I are looking to do some work to our house and could use leads on guys who you all may have used in the past. I would rather hook up a MDS member or their colleagues in the business with some work rather than throw my money to the big box stores, all of whom will sub contract to the lowest bidder anyway.
What we need done:
Interior:
Basement drywall needs work. Most of it is up but needs finishing + paint.
Laminate floor needs to be put down. We have the materials.
Basement bathroom needs total reno. Mostly roughed out but concrete needs to be busted up to have the shower drain properly. Previous owners thought it would be acceptable to have it drain out into the sump pit.
Exterior:
A roof.
Siding.
A 4'x4'x6" rebar'd concrete slab needs to be hauled away.
I am mechanically inclined so I can provided assistance if necessary. We would like to get a few quotes for all/some of the work before we make any decisions.
