Help with "MYMGA" portal

I HATE .gov websites,, they are constructed by the bottom of the barrel, those that could not get a job in the competative market,, and .gov does not have to make a worthwhile product as there is NO competition.

Anyhow,, when I go to "MYMGA" website and sign in,, no matter what page i go to,, I have a grey'd over banner with links,, I can not find any way to get rid of it ??

That should be at the bottom of the screen. What browser are you using? What version?
Make sure you have uBlock Origin (adblocker), a cookie blocker, and a script blocker blocking everything, but that they allow "maryland.gov", and "api.google.com" through.
