Can anyone clarify this for me? After reading it through it looks like they want to use the "sales and use tax" from ammunition and firearms sales to fund mental health rehabilitation programs. What I can't figure out is if this is a new tax or just divirting the existing tax?

Too soon to tell what this bill is REALLY about.

On the surface it appears to be a simple reallocation, but there may be other things at work and it's being dissected as we speak.

At the very least, it becomes a burden on businesses, to track these items separate from other sales.
