    Hopefully this makes a difference for DC eventually:


    California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D.) has already filed a notice of appeal. A Ninth Circuit panel will soon decide whether to grant an extended stay on the ruling pending that case.

    Either of these cases could potentially get to SCOTUS.

    In related news, and posted elsewhere. Washington state said unconstitutional. immediately stayed and surely an appeal will follow
