Gas Piston AR and Charging Handles

Have a P.O.F. 415 AR and I've been wanting to get some feedback on the VLTOR/BCM series of charging handles.

Those with gas piston setups: do you use an after market handle? Will the BCM handle line up correctly with the gas piston? I'd really like to see the medium latch on my rifle!

I have a BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 on my Stag 8. No issues what so ever, but I don't know about your particular setup. On the Stag, the rod goes through exactly where the gas tube would be, and the charging handle fits around it. Not having seen others I can't say it will work on yours.
