Feather Carbine

Is a Feather .45 carbine considered a regulated firearm under current MD regulations? I understand that the Feather AT9 is specifically listed, but I'm getting mixed input on the .45. Does anyone know for sure?

This devolves into the whole parts compatibility thing, which has never fully been resolved - the AG's letter creates as many new questions as it answered.

Yep... that's kind of what I'm getting. Clear as mud. I guess for safety sake it just needs to be considered regulated.... although it frosts me to do that when it may not be necessary. Oh well. Thanks for the response.
