As I found one of my positions here from an MDS member last fall, hoping to find another if Only I was hiring programmers
I'm looking for a BSEE for component research, schematic capture and PCB layout in an design for manufacturing environment.
We use PADS for PCB and Orcad for Schematic Capture.
The roll will be to work on existing designs dealing with supply chain problems that arise when components go obsolete or end of life.
I care less about total experience as I care about the person and the person's drive to learn and solve problems.
5-20 years experience as an Engineer.
I'll even consider someone who is self learned that did PCB layout w/o a degree (especially if they are former Military)
