I now feel comfortable going downstairs to the man cave/reloading room and playing with my XL650 for bulk reloading. The first bulk caliber on my list is .223/5.56mm.
I have ~2500 pieces of fully processed LC brass and the following bullets, powder and primers:
    Bullets- 55gr generic bulk, 62gr SS109/M855, 62gr Tracers and 75gr Hornady BTHP
Powders-(2+lbs of each)- H335, SW Tactical Rifle, RL15, IMR4064 and AR Comp.
Primers- CCI 400 and plenty of SRM primers.
    .
With the above supplies, what are the brain trust's recommended combinations? I will work up loads but am wondering what about the best bullet/powder/primer combos with what is listed above.
    .
ETA- I shoot my AR in 6.5 Grendel for precision. These loads only need to be plinking loads or "minute of bad guy" at 200yds.

You probably have enough of each powder for 500 or so rds plus the rounds needed for workup.

55 gr, SW Tactical Rifle or 4064, CCI 400

    62 gr. SS199 AR Comp, CCI 400

62 gr. Tracers - it depends

    75 gr. RL-15, CCI 400

These choices, to me, maximize the velocity of the SS109 (which needs it for penetration) and the 75 gr BTHP. And I would want my 62 gr tracers to match the velocity of whichever non-tracer rounds they would be used with as much as possible, e.g. use AR Comp for use with SS109 or 55 gr, or H335 for use with the slower 75 gr BTHP. I assumed you would use one tracer every 5 or 10 rounds in the mag.

You could use the SRM with everything - I only use CCI #41 for 5.56.

Not many ranges allow you to shoot tracers so I would worry about them last. I use 335 for 55gn bullets and ARComp for 62 grain at 100 yards out of a 16 inch barrel with 1 in 8 twist.
