llinois Legislature to Attempt Passage of Gun Ban THIS WEEK

Looks like this may be the signature case to get fast tracked to SCOTUS if it passes

Any gun ban case that hits the courts is going to have all eyes on it for precident for the anti gunners as it will either open or shut the doors on continued Fed and State attempts to ban firearms

No details as to what this will look like. Seems unlikely considering they were within an inch last year of passing a veto-proof, statewide CCW law.
Anyone know what this is? AWB?

Edit: It's an AW and magazine ban according to Illinoiscarry.com, I do not have the bill language but it appears they're going to try to slip it in before the ousted politicians leave.

the criminals in that state sure are hopefull. Can you imagine what the crime rates will go up to?

No fault of ours, but yeah... sucks...

Gone from one fight (that we could say was winnable), to now--in essence--three.

Sounds like it's time for some serious strategy (and maybe some division of labor).
