I bought a Cz85 a while back and while i really liked it it was fairly ugly, anyway I ran into a buddy from high school who has been building some guns and doing his own parkerizing as well. So i had him do my pistol and a garand bolt i had laying around. Here is the pics of before and after. And if any of you are looking for something Parked, I can hook you up with him.
In these pics you can see the pitting on the left side and bluing loss on about 80% of the pistol.

Different sellers but all the grips come out of thailand

The only reason I mentioned it was that a few years ago I ordered a jacket for a friend on eBay from a Canadian seller, the jacket was like $50 and UPS wanted to charge me IIRC $25 for the tariff. So much for free trade.:innocent0

Im confused, How did they go about trying to get that? was it iin the shipping when you bought it? Wouldn't it be listed as part of the shipping from a seller? or Not?
