Recommend Compact 9x19 to me

I'm looking for the best compact/concealable 9x19 Semi Auto. I'd like to get your opinions. Here's what I'm looking for

1. No polymers I have the Glocks and happy
2. no more than 3.5" barrel length
3. SAO or SA/DA (NO DAO )
4. Minimum 6 rd mag capacity.
5. Under $400 (prefer used or police trade in)
6. Slim build easy to conceal IWB or Pocket Holster
7. ACCURATE @ 25 yrds.
8. Extremely reliable!!

If you have something for sale/trade hit up if you think i'm interested.

A slightly used SIG P239 or Kahr 9.. these are around 400-430 used.

2075 looks like it's alloy while the 2075P is polymer.

I don't see it on the web roster the MDSP provides :sad20:
