I'm posting this for Welder 516 who is once again having issues connecting to the site. He was one of us that went down and applied for a DC permit in early June.
Even though applying as a business owner he was denied, no chance to submit further documentation as they have given other business owners, myself included.
With his permission I have attached the response he received back from DC and hoping some legal eagles will take a peak. It wasn't a denial of the appeal, sounds like he has another bite at the apple, but what do ya'll think?
