So I did the training class, got my live scan prints taken and was just getting to filling out the application on the MDSP site. Well lo and behold the prerequisite form does not load at all. I just get the blank ground background with the other forms on the side. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Am I missing something?

I have tried on multiple computers, all using Internet Explorer.

The site sometimes doesn't work. It's several years old. I was just on a few minutes ago and had no problems using firefox.

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 or newer it may be a compatibility problem.
From the Log-on page for the site, move cursor to the Control Bar Tabs at the top of the page and right click.
Choose “Menu Bar” to expose “Tools” above log-in page.
Select “Tools”, then select "Compatibility View".

It also depends on which version of IE you use.

Many sites do not work properly on IE 11. I keep my work laptop on IE9 for this reason.

It's MSP technology. I'd try Netscape connected through Juno or People PC. :lol2:

It was either $10 or $20.

But then you have to pay the CIJS fee also.

You are paying that anyway, right?

Seems like this beats the $40 - $50 many other places are charging for the prints alone.

Frosch will probably have MVA shut that down when he gets in.

It is MSP that does the printing, but at offices in the MVA.

There are a LOT of reasons one might need prints, other than the HQL.
