Rem. 870 TAC Desert Recon?

i was looking at the Remington 870 TAC SFIV 20" Desert Recon, 12ga shotgun, anybody got any thoughts,comments or opinions on it? I have heard roomers that the paint chips off very easily...just wasnt shure if that was true.

Regular 870 and some Krylon. Desert Recon....oooh. Lots of guys out there reconning the desert with a shotgun.

my buddy has one. the finish on the stock does wear easily. he stripped some off just loading the speedfeed for the first time. but it shoots well and i think the tactical rem choke is pretty cool.
