Even though he's an R, the ruling class assumes the rules don't apply to them.

We're the proletariat. They are not

I am surprised Congress hasn't figured out a way (yet) to exempt their staff from Federal and DC gun laws. They seem to create loopholes for everything else.

yes, a house funding bill wants to remove all funding for DC gun law enforcement.

Holmes-Norton and the Mayor are screaming.

Go read Article 1 section 8. in the COTUS- quit whining.

If DC were to throw the book at him (which is questionable), he would have automatic standing to challenge the law. He was charged with carrying a pistol without a license, which as we know cannot be issued in DC. If anyone's been watching Illinois, they've already tossed charges against at least a dozen individuals after Moore & Aguilar were decided. Heck, this guy could probably have his case decided before Palmer if he gets a judge not named Frederick Scullin.

What is it with Pennsylvanians getting in trouble for illegally carrying out of state these days?

Good point. So you think it could be deliberate?

You think this would be the first challenge to CPWL?
