The Elite 1A and Elite II have Brigadier slides(heavier/beefier) and come with
the "G" configuration, which means if the hammer is cocked, what is normally the safety lever, works as a decocker. Which readys the gun back to double
    action.

A question for you guys with 92's and 96's...

I have a 92FS The barrel at the muzzle end can be moved around when pushed from side to side with my finger. Does this not effect accuracy?

    Thanks

    Phil

It does. A guy at my school threaded the end of his barrel and made a conical-type bushing for the end to tighten it up to about .001" clearance all around. He said his groups tightened significantly.

Keep in mind the 92 series is a combat pistol, much like the original 1911s they aren't that accurate but you get them to work in lousy conditions. I'm not sure what the Army does but they shoot competition-grade M9s that have been modified by Army Gunsmiths. Might want to look into that, if you're looking for a target-type gun. ;)
