I am fairly new to collecting, but I will be spending a lot of time posting revolver porn. These are the revolvers I've purchased since February.

Saturday, I pick up the Colt Python that I lucked into this weekend, which has forced me to take a break.

    Nice circular firing squad. ;)

At a clip of 3 revolvers per month, yeah, might be time to slow down.

Now to look more carefully at that pic. :D

So what's the revolver on the bottom left at 7 o'clock. Stoveman had this too. A Performance Center 586 with 2.5 or 3.0 inch barrel, or some other S&W revolver (like a blued version of the 627)?

It's a Performance Center 586 L-Comp with a 3" ported barrel. It and the Performance Center 625 are my favorite shooters. They are far more accurate than I am. :D

Cool, thanks. I have a 686 with a 3-inch (Talo), but have been eying different 586 models. The PC 586 L-Comp is a great size and quite the looker. :cool16:

Anytime. I highly recommend it. The recoil with the weight and compensated barrel doesn't really flip up. It more blows back into your grip.

Great memory! That 586 is completely awesome and 2A Sales still had one more as of last Saturday.

I picked up my first Python out of MSP 7-day purgatory today. I've seen several Pythons for sale lately, but none in the condition that I wanted. Now, I need to find a shooter.
