When All Else Fails.
"To all Men know that any Marylander, regardless of certain death, shall retreat from room to room while fearing for your life. Shall not not impede, counter, or prevent any Crackhead regarless of race, creed, or color from murdering said Marylander and violently raping said Marylander's wife, daughter, or girlfriend. Any and all resistance towards said Crackhead shall result in certain and immediate confiscation of all firearms and will result in a fine of $100,000.00 and 20 years in prison assuming said Marylander in alive to pay said fine and serve said sentance".

Here is MD's version of 2A
"Art. 28. That a well regulated Militia is the proper and natural defence of a free Government."
Here is Article 29:
"Art. 29. That Standing Armies are dangerous to liberty, and ought not to be raised, or kept up, without the consent of the Legislature."
Without a standing Army and NO right to keep and bear arms (to maintain a WELL regulated Militia), Maryland invites invasion.
