Throw bread on me
I normally repair my guns myself, but recently I had two jobs that I could not do.
#1 - My Grandfather's Franchi Falconet from the early 70's quite literally wore out. It has been shot so much that the sear had worn to a point where it would no longer function, it just slipped past the other parts. No parts can be bought since this is a pre-Benelli purchase Franchi.
#2 - WWII P38 with a snapped and lodged firing pin. Talk about a hard gun to disassemble!
A friend from the trap range recommended one Dave Grimm of Craley, PA (1 717 244 1525). He can fix most anything but specializes in glass beading of precision rifles. What a great gunsmith. He fixed both of my guns (including machining and parts) for less than $100. He is not the fastest smith and sometimes doesn't return phone calls but, if you are patient, I recommend this guy wholeheartedly.
