    I remember the day I was in Duffy's playing impromptu "assistant sales guy".:D

    I was looking around and this couple walked in interested in a pistol, and the guy behind the counter showed the lady a Beretta. While she was holding it I gave her a quick little lesson in the mechanics of a pistol.

    Couldn't stick around though to see if they ended up buying it.

    There is a real dollar cost to making a sale and even higher one to not making a sale. I am not talking about the cost of the widget. If some moron comes in and fondles every handgun and doesn't have or intends to get a HQL, that is a loss to the shop. Not to mention the stress on the poor guy behind the counter.
