    Where did you go?

    I've been meaning to do the SBR stuff for one of my lowers but haven't had any time yet. I was referred to Absolute Security and Investigative Services in Bel Air for the prints and stuff but haven't decided where I'm going to do the rest of the paperwork.

    FYI Fingerprints in Ellicott City for prints, you don't require a class 3 dealer to SBR a lower already in your possession.

    Might also depend on if you're using a trust or not. A trust makes it WAY less annoying for everyone involved. I will say that I paid rather less than $100 for a form 4 transfer once, but this was also at a shop that I frequent often.

    And over charge others. That mgr is a total ass hat. Good luck getting him to even pay attention to you.
