    In a quick search I didn't see this posted before so here goes. This works with any other cans also, soup cans, etc in a SHTF situation.

    A couple of neighbors, who have concrete driveways, would happily and blindly comply with "directions" to report to the nearest camp for their protection and well-being :innocent0

    maybe a better way to put it is there will be plenty of concrete available as the lemmings sprint toward the cliff of enlightenment!

    I used a hunting knife on my first can, after that I bought crates and each one usually comes with an opener.
