Just opened this Yugo M24. Made in 1936. Everything matches except the stock (a few hundred off). I need a cleaning rod from Liberty Tree.

I just took it apart and cleaned. I'm really stoked because the metal is in really good condition. There were years of grime and hardened oil. No import mark. I think this sat in some guy's closet for a long time. I think I paid less for this than any of my other Yugos.

The boys in the Mauser forum informed me that it's an uncommon Type 2 carbine due to the side sling swivel and that I got it for about half of what it's worth. I don't know much about these. I just started reading Bogdanovic's book. There's a lot of info in there to digest.

Picked up this 1894 Swedish Mauser carbine at Chantilly. I have yet to do some clean up on it, but I think the metal should clean up good. I'm going to ignore cleaning the stock up since I want to preserve the remnants of the sight range decal.

It's a 1907 Carl Gustav. If anybody knows where I can find a real two screw stock disk, I'd appreciate it.
