I think the ATF would be interested in the fact that you made a new firearm without the proper paperwork, being submitted to them.
well from my limited knowledge i always thought a designated marksmen rifle was anything between 200-400m being as the 7.62x39 i'd pray and spray to make it 400m at least i have a solid scope mount that will always hold 0 to the teeth
