I am unsure what this means, but I was able to, approximately five minutes ago on April 26, 2014, complete, pay for, and digitally sign an ATF Form 1 that was previously created and listed as a Draft prior to EForms removing Form 1s. I have received payment confirmation from Pay.gov, and the $200 has already been withdrawn from my account. I have no idea if ATF will process or bounce it back eventually, but I found it interesting. I wanted to see if it would work, and apparently, it lets you complete, submit, and pay for Form 1 Drafts. Glitch or not, I will keep everyone updated on what happens :party29:.

Would be great to know. ATF has been murky about the repair timeline ("until further notice", "unavailable", etc). I was thinking months but it's possible, three plus weeks in, it might be back up.

Saw this the other day: http://www.guntrustlawyer.com/2014/04/atf-eforms-back-online-today-a.html

Sure it's more about form 6 (which we knew was available) but also noticed it mentioned functionality that wasn't previously available, so I took that as progress.

If I still had one in draft status I'd probably give "ask the experts" a shot. Who knows, you might even get a definitive answer.

I had a form 1 that was in draft mode, I completed it about 2 weeks ago, paid and clicked submitted. It said it submitted but it's still stuck under draft. No confirmation email and I can't edit it anymore cause it's been submitted. I will send ATF an email to see if they can push it through.

That was what I was expecting, I was honestly surprised it is now in submitted and that I got the confirmation emails.

I contacted ATF, and my form 1 is in limbo so it didn't actually submit >.<, it's still under draft even though it says submitted and won't let me edit the form anymore. I never got a confirmation email, just the email saying they've taken my money!
