I'm looking for a general contractor in the Baltimore area to work on a level 2 renovation. My company purchases homes on a consistent basis, and we are looking for a consistent and reliable contractor to work with for now and in the future. We would like the contractor to be able to do all of the MEP work or have subs who can. Permits are also a must.

The current renovation will entail a new kitchen, adding a bath, drywall work, refinishing floors, general home repair (windows, doors, etc.), and building a deck off of the back of the property.

You would need to be licensed, insured and be able to provide multiple references.

If you are or know anyone who does this kind of work well, please either shoot me a PM or leave me a note below.

    Thanks!

He built me a new bathroom, replaced some gutters, and rebuilt a gutter on the back of my house.

He also rebuilt my friend's kitchen.

I plan to use him again if I can ever afford a kitchen or bath remodel.
