    My biggest complaint is that the MSP only have authority to enforce the law, but this basically says that they are the ones with final say on what is or isn't legal. That should have been our politician's jobs.

    No, that is the job of the Judicial branch.

    Legislative makes the laws. Executive branch makes the regulations FROM the laws, and enforces them. Judicial branch rules on the constitutionality of the laws and regulations.

    MSP has the ability to arrest you for breaking what THEY think the laws/regulations say. But then you go to court and the Judicial branch decides which side is right.

    I saw these rifles for sale (HK's) at a Maryland gun show and was advised that they were legal due to piston driven nature. What's going to happen to the purchaser? I am glad I was too poor for that purchase. Will a refund occur? What is the liability on the seller?
