Proof of regulated ownership for HQL

What proof is asked for show one purchased a regulated firearm prior to 2013 when apply for an HQL training exemption?

I tried filling out the application to find out but they want finger printing information which I do not have yet?

You can do the application part without the prints. My app is done but still havent done prints so it hasnt been submitted but as far as the regulated exemption you just pick one of your firearms and fill in the info for it.

You are absolutely right...I just was not understanding the interface when I looked at it. I must be tired...I was getting a bit frustrated.

MSP has a list of the regulated firearms you have purchased and when. They will know.

The firearm does not have to have been purchased in MD. Enter the serial number, make, etc. MD doesn't require the firearm to have been purchased in MD.
