I apologize in advance but I have used the search and google and cannot seem to locate the thread in question. Apparently there is a clarification from the MSP stating that a MD dealer can receive a firearm with standard capacity magazines and then ship or otherwise dispose of those magazines out of state. Can someone link me to the thread or the document as I need to forward to an online vendor.
