It a new policy. This month I traded pistols with a friend. We got the same story. They run all of the checks at the barracks except for the mental health check. You forward the completed/signed packets to Licensing Div after you get the not disapproved letter. We had ours in less than 7 days. Absolutely no problems. One of the fastest returns I've had in my life. Good luck. The ND stamp is gone. It was replaced by a ND letter.

No, I didn't get anything back. I went to the Belair Barracks yesterday and spoke with the tallest Trooper I've ever seen. He said just mail it into Pikesville. I went one better and took it all there this morning in person. Dropped it off and the Trooper there looked it over and told me that I'm GTG
