Hit it... it is actually pretty tight. 42.4 Yes to 57.6 No. Would have expected it to be more solidly against the need for a permit to carry.

Hit it. Thanks. I can't wait for carry without a permit. I have mine but don't think it should be needed as the constitution is out carry permit.

It wouldn't matter so much to me either way IF a concealed carry permit were easily obtainable in Maryland. Since its not, I will vote NO. I had no problem applying for and getting permits in WV when I lived there and the Utah Non-resident permit. I am willing to pay for the permits as long as the money goes to funding vests and equipment for law enforcement. I know its our 2nd Amendment right and the Constitution should be our carry permit, but Uncle Govt has to make a dime off of us for everything. If it were just the fees...I have no issue. But states like MD use permits as a way to take away our rights because most people can't obtain one.
