You're in Dundalk? Baltimore County has a ban on ecd's(Tasers), with no plans to review because they don't have enough data to show whether they're safe for civilian use.
Apparently, they'll only consider data from Balt County and since there's a ban, no civilians have them, and thus... No data

Not for use in BC. MIL wants one if AA county. Just looking to buy from an IP preferably (or, at least within MD).
