Do you think the Feds will ever do away with the trust? That's always been my concern. If they would get rid of the trust, would each NFA item have to be re-stamped as an individual and the stamp would have to be paid again?

    Just curious!

No, and they don't really have the option to do that anyways, at least not without some sort of action by Congress... which would almost certainly grandfather in existing trusts for free.

8/13 form received registered mail at ATF for for octane 9
    1/8 Stamped approved
1/15 got a call from Vince to pick up.

Pretty funny since I stopped in yesterday to ask Vince when the actual mail in date was so I could start tracking. I paid for the octane before it came in and he sent the paperwork in on a trust after it showed up.

Duffy's is always a pleasure to work with.......They treat you like a friend and are always willing to go the extra little bit to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

    Tac65 form 4 on a trust:
    Check cashed: 10/20/2014
    Stamp received: 1/20/2015

Three months on the dot. The good old days are coming back! Not sure when I'll stop by A1 to pick it up... maybe when the roster is updated...

My resubmission for my MAC is still pending. Went pending 8/14. They said maybe February, assuming I don't get screwed over agin. It's amazing how the times can differ from person to person.

Mine went pending 10/24 (Form 4 on a trust). It's my first can, so you can imagine that your post is causing an irrational level of excitement. :D

My last Form 4 on a trust came back in just over 4 months. I have a Form 4 in now on a trust that the check was cashed Dec 16th and it still has not gone pending.

    Starting to worry a bit.

That is crazy!!! my mac went pending like 9/13 and was approved on like 12/18, I'm assuming you did not use a trust?

Correct, I did not use a trust. That makes the whole denial of my first submission so infuriating since MSP signed off on my paperwork. This round has Cpl Edwards signature on it so hopefully it will go through.

Just wondering did you follow the build your own suppressor thread that was here on the forums?
    http://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=166767

If not, can you share your plans source? Looking for a reliable and legal method for a project that does not require machining tools and years of experience.

    Thanks!

I just read the DIY thread... Looks like you did use those plans.
Are you satisfied with the noise reduction?
