awesome. I always wondered how to "carry" my handgun to the range when on my motorcycle. Now I just have to find something big enough for my Scott's Gunsmithing "Urban Broom."

Since you can open carry a "long gun" in Maryland, you might as well do this.
I use this on the Yamaha from time to time. I don't really like it. Pulls the front end to the side from the wind resistance, especially on the highway. I've found that laying flat across the saddle bags or a back pack is best.

The bill for hidden compartments was withdrawn last year. I did not see anything like it this year.

My '14 HD Road King has stock floor boards AND TX allows universal vehicular carry. Hmmm...
