Moving to a less friendly state
Does anyone have any knowledge of what can be done with NFA items (SBRs, etc) if someone is moving to a state with more strict gun control laws (like california)? Theres the change of address form of course. I assume "assault weapons" would need to be left behind in storage since they are...- reechee

Current Situation with Trusts and Form 1's
I'm getting things together to submit a form 1 (my first) for an SBR, and then saw in the above sticky: "NFA Trust Transfers: REMOVED UNTIL ATF MAKES UP THEIR MIND ON TRUST TRANSFERS" Hadn't seen this before...is this current?
