All kidding aside, I've retired my Glock and gone back to my 92FS. I don't carry so the size and weight are not an issue for me...except when I'm shooting when that weight really does help with recoil.
There were a lot less people then who lived on larger lots/properties with their own wells and septic systems which made them a lot more independent...think about, if the public water system goes down - stops, what do you do in urban/suburban areas for water? Water is life.
I've seen a lot of turkeys in public parks on the weekends...oh wait, you probably mean the kind with feathers...sorry.
I used to see a number of them up in Elk Neck State Forest.
Bought a Turkish-made Winchester SXP Defender in 20 gauge. It cost less than $300 new, fit and finish are very nice, everything works as it should, and it's the smoothest pump gun I've ever owned. It kicks like a mule but it will do the job and for the money, it makes a perfect little home...
