      Confused about the overall length law.

      I keep hearing and reading that the law in Maryland is that an SBR must have an overall length of 29" at it's longest length. However, according to the MSP, they don't even consider a rifle an SBR until it's under 26" or barrel of less that 16". Maryland Law, Criminal Law Article ("CR").§...

      I was in a store a couple months ago. They said that they could sell 30 rd. mags to people in the Military or LE. He said that if I had any friends (which I do) in the Military or LE to bring them in to buy the mags and then when you walk out just make the exchange in the car. Easy Peasy...
