      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

I think they're having Smith and Wesson days April 23rd and 24th at both stores. Went into Rockville today and it was pretty packed with S &W's. Should be a good sale.

Well they can't really help that. I'm guessing they do their best to get inventory. But with transfer fees, once you order it online a lot of times it's about the same price.

This is Bob Jackson. (PS: No it's not.)

Fair enough. It just takes goddamn forever to update your CAC, or do anything with it whatsoever. Mine expired in December, and I'm dreading getting a new one because of the 48 hours of work I'll have to take off to wait for the thing to update.

You're a huge Sig fan and a pool shop owner. That's pretty cool.

Is that why CAC cards always work so shitty?

      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

Ahahaha delightful! I don't really get how those guys at Atlantic can put their kids through college, what with scraping by and all. Atlantic and Engage are some of the most powerful small businesses in Montgomery County. Boy, it's such a shame they have to scrape by to do it. It's funny to...

      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

Well you can disagree, but all the statistics I've seen bear that out. Most gunowners nationwide aren't shooting enthusiasts, they're home defense owners. It does make sense to me to sell 3 at $650 because most people shop based on need/ want rather than price. Gas is the same everywhere, so...

      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

Really? That makes sense to you? Most gun owners own only one gun, it's a much smaller percent of the market that owns several, and a very low percentage that buy guns on a consistent and regular basis. Especially in Montgomery County, in one of the most liberal states in the Union...

      Glock G34?

Pretty sure Atlantic has one there. I saw it when I picked up my 17 Gen 4. You just missed their Glock Days. No other stores do anywhere near as well for that sale.

      Indoor Range

Gilbert's is full of absolutely terrible people, so I doubt they'll be making any changes.

      Indoor Range

It absolutely is not a law. Blue Ridge in Chantilly is the best place to shoot. That place is ridiculously nice, and very reasonably priced. Can shoot from holsters, shoot any shell over birdshot, etc. Very comonsense rules.

      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

Yeah, I understand. I've got some friends there, but they're definitely trying to keep you on customer service as opposed to getting in a price war with other stores. I also thought it was interesting earlier when I think someone was mentioning how it would make more sense to sell a lot of...

      Atlantic Guns in Silver Springs

Hey everyone, new to the forums. Atlantic in Rockville is my favorite store. Picked up a nice Glock 17 Gen 4 during their Glock Days on fri. It was cool seeing the Glock factory rep there, doing free work on guns for people. Lots of good advice to go around.
