Opinions on Peacemaker range in WV

One of my grown daughters lives in Sterling, VA, and told me today that they visited Peacemaker in WV and were impressed. They're looking for an outdoor range for target practice, gotta be cheaper than the nearby indoor ranges. What's the current scoop on the facilities and organization these...

Maryland Arms Collector’s Show: Timonium, March 16th-17th, 2024

Got my first antique pinfire firearm, a 7mm revolver made in Liege, apparently in the mid-late 1800s. Not sure what I'll do with it other than clean and oil. Brass pinfire cases are available, but most readily from Belgium (I think).

York PA gun show March 2nd, 3rd 2024

The 7-day wait starts when the FFL submits the 77R paperwork. Md residents can't legally purchase and take home a handgun at the York show (unless purchaser has a C&R FFL and the handgun is C&R).

How to clean up these bayonets?

Japanese Type 30 bayonets. Some blades were polished, some were blued. If you must sand blast them then please carefully remove the wood grips or thoroughly mask them off first. http://oldmilitarymarkings.com/japanese_markings.html

If cost is the only motivation...

A friend of mine reloads .455 Webley, .45 Autorim for cut Webleys, 7.7 Japanese, .303 British and .30 carbine for me. I supply all the raw materials (brass, powder, primers, bullets) and he does the dirty work. I can't thank him enough.

My copy came today, print numbered 434. Big, hefty book with outstanding illustrations on heavy paper. Very well done.

I Really Like French Model 1950 Pistols

Took mine out to the TCA MG event yesterday on the AGC 100 yard line. After finishing with the MG stuff I tried the pistol. Felt good in the hand, good heft, sights OK. Shot pretty well, was getting pretty close to the target jugs, but it made my trigger finger sore (WTH?) using AE 115g...
