This channel is hours of enjoyment. He creates some amazing things with his bare hands, figured a few of you would get a kick out of it:

I'm not sure what his fascination with clay-lined fish ponds is, but in between there's a lot of good...
I'm very interested in purchasing one of the new CETME Ls, but would like to handle one before committing fully.
Any chance you are planning on stocking one or two?
It's been many years since I've backpacked, and things have changed A LOT since last I hauled around a heavy tent.
Lightweight camping using a tarp as a shelter (with out without a hammock) seems to be the direction many are going. After Googling the dizzying array of ways a tarp can be used...
I have a Brown Bess flintlock replica I inherited from my grandfather (he was a Civil War reenactor). He had several rifles, each of the kids got one--no one wanted the bayonets so I took them all home, but go figure none of them fit my rifle.
My barrel OD is about 23.6mm or .930" which seems...
I'm trying to sort out what kind of mags came with my MAC. They have an odd stamp on the front (opposite the spine) like CMIII with a J line through it.. I haven't seen this on any other metal mags.
Can anyone identify? Not having much luck on the intertubes.
EDIT: Pulled the trigger too soon...
So I've been looking to get into competitive shooting... something I can do cheaply with my daughter (15) that reinforces the skills she's picked up at Appleseeds.
Did a quick search of ranges in the area that hold CMP rimfire. It looks like Berwyn used to, but nothing on the schedule now...
In response to the sanctions, Kalashnikov USA to begin making its own rifles to avoid future bans and the whole "sporting rifle" import dance:

It remains to be seen where they will be sourcing parts, or...
This is kind of neat... animated cutaways of a 1911 cycling with a focus on discrete functions of the cycle. Most of you won't learn much that's new, but if you haven't taken a 1911 apart before it's cool to see how the parts all work together...
OK, OK... so it's a 90th anniversary special edition. Only 25 made. But even as an AK-holic I don't know who would drop that much on a gussied-up Saiga. At least it has a proper Y-stamp. The trigger looks intriguing, definitely unique to this particular rifle.
Link to buy at Legion USA
Probably a silly question, given how most banks are happy to distance themselves from anything gun-related BUT: is anyone out there loaning money to purchase NFA items?
With the cost of an M16/AKM machine gun running as much as car, the only way I could afford one short of selling an internal...
Vince, I'd like to put an AR-15 SBR lower on my trust before any possible rule changes in January.
Do these have to be engraved with the "manufacturer" or can I take any off-the-shelf AR lower and apply with its serial number? Either way, I'd want to buy the lower through you, as all of the...
While I believe SWAT teams have a place in modern policing, the risk of liability for using excessive force will hopefully have departments applying more scrutiny regarding how and when such tactics should be used...
I slept on it too long... I'm looking for original Molot VEPR mags, either 5- or 8-rounders.
All the usual suspects are sold out and GunJoker prices are in the laughable realm. Apparently these are now "preban" magazines... :sad20:
Folks of MDS, you are my only hope... anyone know of a...
Given that the AG ruled just last year that .22 AKs and ARs were *not* regulated since they are not direct copies of their centerfire brothers... e.g. few parts interchange... does this mean they can continue to be sold here in a post-Oct 1 environment?
I haven't seen any for sale in stores...
Oh the irony.

If they'd never required this poor soul to take a training class to own a gun, this never would have happened. :sad20:
The city of San Francisco is suing three vendors (Copes, 44mag, and Exile Machine) for selling magazine repair kits marketed at "Cali Legal".
It's essentially a civil case... they have to prove consumer fraud and it seems unlikely SF will win. The California DOJ is not involved, ostensibly...
I don't own any bullpups, but Oct 1 has made me rethink my need for one...
Looking for something that will take standard NATO mags. The MSAR seems like an affordable clone of the AUG. The company making them is back in production so I've read (easing concerns about parts availability). And...
