Tennessee legislature passes bill to arm teachers; leftist lose their minds

I'm not saying the teachers would leave their classrooms in a situation, I'm saying trained teachers who did not have students could walk the halls and be ready if a situation arises. I however understand your point, the teachers need to be easy to identify and the priority would be to protect...

Tennessee legislature passes bill to arm teachers; leftist lose their minds

We build in extra time for teachers to work with students, extra planning time, extra duties, etc. It would be easy to have extra time built in a teachers schedule to walk the halls of a school. If only 10 percent of the staff volunteered it would be significant. Also, why not use the Md...

      Wear and carry

I think you are asking about the hql. No, you have to apply separately but if you wait until you have your permit you can get the hql free of charge with no additional training or prints. This should have been covered in your permit course. TD

MSP advisory on high capacity magazines

I don’t see this changing anything except maybe some “blocks” may become more permanent in mags. I do however see it as a precursor to a ban on mags next session if certain people get elected. Seems like Md has no regard for the constitution or Supreme Court. TD

SB 1097 Likely rewritten to eliminate QHIC HQL Wear and Carry instructors

I tell every class after each drill that they have not mastered anything, I instead give them the tools to improve. They are to take the drills and put in the time on their own. Not all, or even most, will. TD

SB 1097 Likely rewritten to eliminate QHIC HQL Wear and Carry instructors

I agree there are levels of competence, and that a student must practice skills after learning them to improve. Perhaps a change in wordage is in order upon advertising courses. TD

SB 1097 Likely rewritten to eliminate QHIC HQL Wear and Carry instructors

Many reasons here to do some investigating and talking to the instructor before taking a course. Ask the questions. TD

      Course updates - renewals added

The course price does not include prints. I suggest students search for livescan fingerprint providers near their homes. I recommend Absolute Investigstions in Bel Air Md if they are near you. You don’t need prints before the class and can get them done at your convenience as long as you have...

Wear and Carry Training first renewal

I try to make my renewal course as “different” as I can from the initial. And yes it’s about 1/2 the price of the initial course. With the new requirements I think it will be tough to have students attend just one of the days of the initial course. Instead it should prob be done as it’s own...
