I know I shouldn’t be buying anything, but this was calling my name at the Dulles show and the price was stupid low.
Original finish, with replacement Magazine.
South Carroll Sporting Goods in woodbine. They have a Couple sweet Spanish Civil War Mosin with hangers, some really Nice finn capture’s and one even has the winter war “41” mark. MO/double date, and a early 1919 rare dated one.
Also got a Belgian made M24/47, Early Carcano M91 Calvary...
Yugo stock is solid and nice, no issues.
T53 stock is there, crack in wrist. Maybe it can be fixed?
Must take both. Pickup in Westminster or my work near Embassy Row in DC.
Please only commit if you can get within a week, no shipping pls.
So who want em?
So right now is a good time to swing By SCSG. They have a really nice selection of C&R handguns, and the best part, is they are very affordably priced!
They also have a very nice Springfield M1 in original finish for a decent price. :party29:
Couldn't help myself. This was my last purchase on my FFL03 before it expired this week. :o
Wife has been so proud of me lately that I have sold some stuff that she said I can treat myself to something I really wanted. I have wanted a M1D sniper for while but they were always out of my price...
Disclaimer: I did not add the stock, it came with it.
I know I didn't need another Garand, but the price was way to good to pass up. It has the original barrel matched to the receiver, I think its original finish as the chamber is in white. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. :)
Traded a scooter I had for sale for this M91, a Gew88, and a few bucks from a non-MDS member from PA.... Didn't win the lottery, but I did good. I love my M91's.
Finn capture, Bolt is original matching (not force matched), & no import marks.
Thought I was going to come out ahead today with some funds in my pocket and make my wife happy as I sold 2 things first thing this AM. Cash in my pocket didn't Last long....
Stumbled across this Colt 1911, (think its a Pre-a1). It appears to be correct matching frame, slide and barrel...
One of my favorite LGS just got in about 35+ C&R from a private collection...
Mosins, Mausers, Shotguns, one French MAS and some other goodies I cant remember offhand.
He has one I will not speak of because he wont sell it :innocent0 , but if you are a hardcore Garand collector, ask...
So I found this stock at the Dulles show for a steal and I decided to snag it. The metal on it was worth just as much as I paid for it so it was a Win-Win. The stock has some interesting Korean rack markings that really caught my eye. I threw it on a 6 digit Springfield for a photo op. Ill...
I am not into wheel guns, but I do like me some police issued firearms. The finish is all but gone and there is a nice "patina" no rust. Lockup and action is spot on and has US property marks on the top, but well worn and grips are obviously incorrect. I sold a Garand at the gun show today so...
Ran into this and it caught my eye. I obviously don't have the free funds for it but I was thinking to try to "barter" for it with I if I could for some other firearms(s) I have.
What I know (I think):
-Its was made in 1918
-Seems to have been through 2 re-arsenals
-Remnants of AA...
I was on the hunt for a IHC Garand, and I worked out a deal on a plane jane Field grade garand I had and a few bucks and in return I got this. I am super excited!
