      9x18 XTP conflicting published load data

      I'm getting ready to start loading 9x18 mak. I'll be using Hornady XTP bullets and ACC#2 powder.       Is the HQL required to receive a MD CCW ?

      Just like the title says is the HQL now a requirement to receive a CCW in MD ? I read both sets of requirements on MSP's website and could not find anything in the CCW reg's that require you to have a HQL but perhaps I over looked something.
