      My Son Submitted: 9/19 Accepted: 9/21 NICS: 11/18 Approved: 11/23 Card in Hand: 12/1 On his permit for race it's unknown. On all his applications he puts BLK/WHT. FYI No phone calls from anyone from MSP to ask if BLK or WHT so they just put unknown.
