      My new HBAR ar-15

      How this is "more safer" than the guns built pre OCT 1st I will never know. MD laws on guns are ignorant to say the least but you can still build a pretty badass LEGAL ar-15.

      HBAR stamp

      Everything else being legal on the gun. Does a Barrel need to be stamped HBAR to make it a legal ar-15 in MD?? I'm buying the gun from a custom gun maker in southern MD. He says the ar-15 is Cash+carry.
