      New to C&R, awaiting approval

      I'm waiting on approval for my 03 FFL right now. Anyone have an idea of how long it takes for the approval? Hopefully it's WAY quicker than NFA approvals from the ATF. Also, where might I acquire a bound book? I keep forgetting to ask every time I'm in a local gun shop. Thanks in advance!
