I have sent a gun to be warranty repaired before and it required no FFL to be sent out. I would hesitant to have that work done though after a murrays firing pin ruined a bolt.

here's what i've read about them, looks like they were cash and carry back in july although it isn't made clear if it still is. try sending gary (hog sniper) a pm and see what he says.

But the ammo situation seems to have calmed a bit, although I've only seen 22 at walmart once back in August since this all started.
Same thing happened to me. Less than 20 rounds through a freshly cleaned SKS and the spring broke, bending the firing pin and leaving a bunch of residue in the bolt. Tried cleaning it out but it didn't want to come out and I had to buy a new bolt altogether.
