Hey, yup another M&P 15 Post! (Sorry in advance!)
But this time some good facts, just to clear things up.
I been contacting MSP for the past month to get updates on the situation.
So for the past 1-2 month they started to investigate the whole scenario of the Sport model.
The "M&P 15" that...
So I been trying for hours but it won't budge at all.
I seemed to be staked.
I used the proper wrench, but that broke.
So, I got paranoid and used a big plumber's wrench... still doesn't work.
I'm not worried about the castle nut or the plate.
What are the options I have?
*The glossy plastic...
I been doing some research about C&R/ Antique pistols.
I can't seem to find the answer, if a pistol is 50 year or older it is considered a antique.
Do I have to be 18 or 21 to buy it?
Is it basically cash and carry? or do I need a C&R?

Hi, I'm selling a .22lr Rifle, unregulated.
The purchaser claims he lives in MD, but doesn't have MD license.
Have a commercial driver license from another State.
Can I sell it to him?
Went to Dick's to check .22lr had a box of 300 for 28$ over priced for some CCI Mini Mags:sad20:
I didn't mind, then when checking out they said I need to be 21... and I quoted it's 18 to buy rifle ammo and said .22 "Long Rifle". Too confusing for me, so I just gave up.
I called United gun shop in Rockville today and ask about is the M&p 15 Sport edition, they said those are no longer legal in Maryland?
I thought these were legal as cash and carry because their HBar?
Someone educate me, I'm new to firearms.
I used this forum a couple of times, but I didn't introduce myself.
I am young amateur, been interested in firearms at a young age.
Finally making all my dreams come true.
Great forum, wonderful and helpful community.
So to my understanding HBar AR is Cash & Carry?
So that means I can be 18 and buy them without getting them registered?
If so, where is a good place to buy a decent priced 1? Or Private sale.
