Gear bag for trips to the range?
So I'm a recreational shooter that doesn't have much time to get to the range but I'd like something better than the box my ammo came in to carry my mags and stuff into the range. :D I need something just large enough to hold about 200 RDS of ammo and 5 mags. I was thinking about a tool bag... -
Carb cleaner as gun cleaner?
So I asked a buddy of mine to show me how to disassemble, clean and lube my AR yesterday and he said he generally uses brake cleaner to clean it. Since I didn't have any of that, he suggested carb cleaner but when he sprayed it on, it changed the finish of the BCG. He said this was perfectly... -

Well, it's 1:23 AM so maybe I do. Noob here in Bethesda/Rockville area looking to pick up my first AR.
