Basically in 2013 NH changed its rules saying out of state applicants needed to have a permit from their home state. This was overturned by the state supreme court.
Plaintiff was Scott Bach, president of ANJRPC which is the state NRA organization. The court even acknowledged that residents of...
My headline is better.
I knew about this project a while back. Finally the truth is exposed. It goes beyond justifiable need. These public officials have a serious god complex...

Happy dance time!
Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy... but it is Rahm, so dollars to donuts he replaces him with someone even more anti gun.
http://www.cnbc.com/2015/11/30/i-dont-support-more-guns-in-america-ex-nypd-chief-ray-kelly.html
Of course, he has one, so he couldn't care less about YOU.
But get this - he's saying that it's because police have a low hit rate when they have to use their firearm... so what is he saying...

Well, well, well. Who would have figured that people who took training, underwent background checks, and in general jumped through hoops would turn around and break the law...

Wolf is wasting no time... is this guy anti gun?

Jersey "justice" baffles me sometimes.
They so wanted to make an example of Shaneen Allen, a single mother and a US citizen yet this guy was caught with guns and caught selling drugs to undercover cops...
There's a move afoot to impeach her, a resolution by Rep Metcalfe to start the ball rolling.

New Jersey again.
Cops pulled the car over for a traffic violation, saw a gun in the car, no one said it was theirs. Therefore all are charged with unlawful possession.
I have no sympathy for criminals but it seems a bit silly to charge someone with no use of their hands with possession of a...

Bear in mind as well that NJ statute already protects police departments from their obligation to respond. That's not to say most of them don't do a good job, but it looks like Newark PD is getting off the hook here. If I were a Newark...
Update your bookmarks, the CCW agreements are here now (not that it matters much anymore)
https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/Criminal/Firearm_Reciprocity_Agreements/
This may have been a form letter sent out to all those asking about CCW, but it's good that there is no longer silence on this issue. However, I find his non-answer to be really nothing new.
So it would require legislation that the democrat legislature which you helped elect won't pass...
Looks like Joshua Prince scored another one. Shocking to me is that Kane wrote the opinion.

Speculation is that the SAFE act is taking its toll.

So, consumers don't want it, now they want to dump it on law enforcement. I wonder if Steve Fulop will buy them for JCPD?

Interesting little case. Not really as much of a "gun" case as it is a case about websites and tort claims. But it's nice to see the Bradys fail at shutting down Armslist.

In NJ the only people who really have a right to carry are the cops and retired cops. Retired cops get a retired officer permit which they pay $50 per year. It's not just regular police, but also COs, MPs, coast guard and other LEOs, including LEOs that moved to NJ from out of state.

Nice editorial from the tribune. Good to see Illinois coming around nicely.
